Darcy is an ACSM certified personal trainer based in Toronto. While completing a Bachelor of Science in BioPhysics he worked at GoodLife as a personal trainer. After graduating, he moved on to private gyms where he could focus on long-term clients and greater program flexibility. Now after twelve years of personal training he has gained valuable experience at all fitness levels including beginners, advanced, 50+, chronic pain, injury rehab and other unique needs. Using his background in science and knowledge of the human body, he is able to build effective training programs for every individual knowing when and how to modify movements as needed.
Darcy finds this industry stimulating and rewarding, always keeping up to date and learning new techniques and reading current peer reviewed studies. When Darcy’s not in the gym you can find him outside biking around Toronto enjoying what this city has to offer.
